Tech Apart Day
Thanks for coming out in March!!
During Tech Apart Day, participants can roll up their sleeves and disassemble electronics such as computers, printers, CD and DVD players, telephones, vacuum cleaners and much more. Facilitated by, Xenia kids And Robots visitors to the program will see how things work, from the inside-out. This event is open to the public and is free for all. Please we ask that parents stay with childern that are joining in on the fun.

Would you like to help!!!
We are looking for donations of old electronics for the groups to disassemble.
Items do not have to be in working order and can be older models. Here is a list of some items we can and can not use. Please if you have any we can use or have more questions contact Jason Long at jasonlong@xkar.org or 937-469-7551.
A small list of some items we can use: Computers, DVD players, CD players, Radios, Telephones, Vacuum cleaners, Printers, VCRs, Video game systems, Answering machines, Fax machines, and electronic toys.
There are some items that are unsafe for kids and our environment.
Items we can NOT use: TVs, Computer monitors, Lamps, electric knifes or smoke detector.
